International Orders

Payment Methods
| |
1. First time customers can establish a net 30 credit account by providing three credit references. This process usually requires approximately 2 business days for completion. |

2. First time customers also have the option of paying by Visa, MasterCard, or COD (domestic only). |

All payments must be in US Funds (USD). Additionally, our foreign customers must make payment by electronic wire transfer. Banking information is provided on our invoices. |

Shipping and Service Charges

Standard
Most domestic orders are processed through our warehouse within 24 hours of receipt and are shipped standard delivery via UPS Ground. International orders are processed within 48 hours and may require Express for additional expedited delivery charges. Orders will normally arrive in 3 to 6 business days. Express Delivery are available for most domestic required items. |

Express
Orders received will ship same day. Domestic items shipped via express delivery usually take 1 to 2 business days to arrive at their destination once they've been shipped. Express delivery is available for orders shipped to International addresses, but require 7-10 business days and specific customer “air expedited service” account number. |
